Payment

Payment is made via Pay Pal. We are unable to accept payment by any other means at this time. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We will not despatch your goods until confirmation of payment has been received from Pay Pal.

VAT

Simply Natural is not a VAT registered company and as such VAT is not charged on our products or delivery costs.

Packaging

We make every effort to use recycled/recyclable packaging, endeavour to minimise the amount used for each order and still keep our delivery costs at a competitive level. From time to time we may use a filler to protect your products in transit, for example shredded paper.
When selecting products to sell recycled packaging is a high priority for us. We identify which products are sold in recycled packaging on our website so you can make an informed decision when selecting your goods.

Delivery

Our aim is to keep the carbon footprint of our deliveries to your as low as possible. Currently we send goods using the Royal Mail who are still one of the greenest options. They continue to put environmental issues at the top of their business agenda and have a clear environmental policy and targets for reducing CO2 emissions. At this time we are only able to accept orders from within the UK.

We aim to despatch all orders promptly and you can expect to receive your order within 10 business days.

Our delivery costs are simple:

1 item: £3.45
Each additional item: £0.95

Cancelling Your Order

We hope you never need to cancel an order, however should you require to please email us at info@simplynaturalcleaningco.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and give you a full refund. If your order has been dispatched you will be required to follow our returns process.

Returns

We hope you’ll be happy with your products however your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk. If you need to return a product because it is defective or damaged, or in the unlikely event that we’ve sent you the wrong item, please email us at info@simplynaturalcleaning.co.uk within one week of receiving your order. Once you've returned the item to us we'll either send you a replacement and refund your return costs, or refund the cost of the item together with original delivery and return costs, within fourteen days.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that the product you wish to order is not in stock we’ll notify you of the delay and provide you with an estimated date of delivery. You will be given the option to cancel your order at this time should you wish to do so.
